Just gorgeous is what the guests will say when they walk in the door of this custom built home right on the river!!.  Quiet and serene save for the gentle rush of the Sacramento River you see from every window.  Watch Ospreys swoop down for a bite and see kayakers cruise on by.
 
The home has a luxury feel to it with high end comfy furniture.  Lots of amenities and quality finishings.  The kitchen is large , stocked with everything you need.  Open floor plan so you can toss your salad while watching the river.. Large country round dining room which seats 6. There is an eating bar with space for an additional 3 people.
 
Two beautiful master suites with queens each with a large bath. Third bedroom has twin beds.
 
Located in the quaint neighborhood of Castella with views of the Castle Craigs from just up the street. Fabulous neighborhood to take a country stroll and drink in the smell of fresh air.  Great hiking nearby at Castle Craigs State Park as well as popular swimming holes.  You will hear the train as it chugs it way up the canyon towards Historical Dunsmuir just 5 miles away.
 
Caution: This home is located directly on the Sacramento River and could be very dangerous if you are not alert and cautious. Please make sure to keep a watch on small children.
